    User authentication scenario

    Overview

    The following steps are required to deploy this integration:

    1. Merchant must sign the contract and agrees with the Nexi T&C
    2. Nexi will send the credentials to the email set up at store level, if eligible to the service requested
    3. The user must download and install the Nexi POS application from Apple App Store (only for mPOS) or Google Play Store and Huawei Gallery (according to the smartphone O.S.)
    4. The user must login in the App and change the password (mandatory for the first access)
    5. In case of mPOS integration, the user must configure the mPOS, completing Bluetooth pairing and first DLL

    If these steps are not properly followed, the Nexi POS app will close, returning an error code.
